Comic book fans would call this an origin story. It’s the tale of how 10 young readers, with sensational imaginations and just a little bit of nerdiness, joined forces against the tyranny of boredom in the basement of their elementary school to create the MOST AMAZING COMIC BOOK CLUB SOUTH BEND HAS EVER SEEN!

Meet the students of Coquillard Elementary School, who since 2018 have been holding weekly meetings where they read comic books, and draw and write their own comic book panels.
